Participation is open only to those persons who visit and register for the Promotion on this website.  Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older. The Promotion is void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Le Creuset of America, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, dealers, wholesalers, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters/suppliers, and their respective employees, officers, and directors, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members (whether or not related) are ineligible. By participating you agree to these terms and conditions governing the Promotion (these “Official Rules”).

Online Promotion Only: This Promotion is for a single prize and is run exclusively online through Sponsor’s website or, if made available by Sponsor, through Sponsor’s Facebook page. The Sponsor from time to time may offer prizes, including prizes similar in nature to the prize awarded in this Promotion, through similar promotions run inside various retail locations, however, those in-store promotions are unique, limited to the patrons of those particular retail locations, and governed by official rules particular to those local promotions. Because promotions run at local retail locations are separate from this Promotion, your entry in this online Promotion does not enter you in any promotion held at a local retail location (and vice versa).

Enter Online: To enter, between May 1, 2012, 12:00 AM ET, and May 31, 2012, 11:59 PM ET, either (1) access the website at www.lecreuset.com/shareourstrength and click on the Promotion banner or other similar link to access the Promotion page, or (2) visit Sponsor’s Facebook profile and click on the No Kid Hungry icon, and then follow the directions to enter. When at the entry prompt on Sponsor’s website or on Sponsor’s Facebook profile, you will need to enter your full name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and e-mail address; agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules; and click “Register.” Limit one entry per person or e-mail address during the Promotion (an entry in the Promotion via Facebook precludes an entry via Sponsor’s website, and vice versa). The Internet/Facebook entries eligible for the drawing will be those entries received and recorded by Sponsor’s computer (the official Promotion time keeping device) between May 1, 2012, 12:00 AM ET, and May 31, 2012, 11:59 PM ET. No robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries (collectively “automated entries”) are allowed. Automated entries, or, multiple entries in a day by the same person/email address, or entries that have been tampered with will result in disqualification of all such entries. All entry information submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  By submitting your entry either on Sponsor’s website or via the application on Sponsor’s Facebook profile, entrants consent to Sponsor providing entrants’ name and contact information to the Share Our Strength No Kid Hungry Campaign, which may contact entrants in the future.

Prize Details/Odds: There will be two prizes awarded to random winners (each, a “Prize Winner”) in drawings held on June 4, 2012 by random selection from among all eligible Promotion entries received on Sponsor’s website and through the Facebook application between May 1, 2012, 12:00 AM ET, and May 31, 2012, 11:59 PM ET. One Prize Winner will be chosen from among the entrants received from Sponsor’s website and one Prize Winner will be chosen from among the entrants received from the application on Sponsor’s Facebook page. The prize awarded to each Prize Winner will be a Le Creuset French Oven signed by Chef Bobby Flay and have an approximate retail value of $305. Sponsor reserves the right to replace the prize with another of similar value. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. If a Prize Winner cannot accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Prize Winner if circumstances permit. Odds of winning a prize in the Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries as of the drawing and are not increased by purchasing Sponsor’s products.

Drawing: One Prize Winner will be selected from among the entrants received from Sponsor’s website and one Prize Winner will be chosen from among the entrants received from the application on Sponsor’s Facebook profile via a random drawing on June 4, 2012.  Eligible Promotion entries must be received by Sponsor between May 1, 2012 at 12:00 AM ET and May 31, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET. The Prize Winners will be announced on the Sponsor’s website and will be contacted via e-mail and instructed as to how to claim his or her prize. The drawing and awarding of each prize will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. If a Prize Winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, such Prize Winner’s parent/legal guardian, who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of the Prize Winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and such Prize Winner, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Prize Winner. If due to any technical, production or other error, more prizes are claimed or awarded than are described in these Official Rules, the single prize identified in these Official Rules will be awarded in a random drawing from all such prize claims received. No more than the single prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. Limit one prize per entrant.

General Conditions: Sponsor specifically disclaims all warranties for the prize awarded in the Promotion.  By entering, entrants agree that (a) Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, are indemnified, released and will be held harmless by entrants from any and all liability, for any liabilities, costs, claims, damages, injuries or losses of any kind to person(s), including death, or property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or his/her participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity; and (b) if selected as a Prize Winner, such entrant grants (and agrees to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information at any time or times for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without review, notification, approval or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Any Prize Winner (or a parent or legal guardian if the Prize Winner is a minor) will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release within seven days of receipt of notification. If documents are not returned in a timely manner, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prize Winner selected if circumstances permit. All taxes on the prize, if any, are solely the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Limitations of Liability: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, such entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or non-delivered entries, or e-mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, or cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.
